Introducing Our New Domain Name and Website!

Port Louis (Mauritius), Lagos (Nigeria) – 14 April 2024

The African Hydrogen Partnership (AHP) is excited to announce the launch of its new domain name and website (www.ahp.africa), which has been redesigned to provide a more user-friendly and informative experience for our members, supporters and anyone interested in African hydrogen.

The new website features a clean and modern design, making it easy for you to find the information you need quickly and easily. We’ve also added a number of new features and improvements. Please visit our new website: www.ahp.africa.

The new technologies will enable the AHP to provide its members with more advanced features, e.g. apps, widgets or reports, more easily in the future.

The AHP’s email addresses changed from < username@afr-h2-p.com > to < username@ahp.africa > accordingly.

Under the leadership of Akinade (Akin) Ande (Head of Digital Innovation at the AHP). the project was planned, managed and executed by the AHP’s IT team in Lagos, Nigeria. The AHP’s approach of having centers of expertise and excellence in different regions of Africa, e.g. administration in Mauritius and IT in Nigeria, enables the AHP to efficiently utilize the broad set of skills and capabilities that Africa offers.

Prof Bamidele Adebisi (AHP Director and AHP University Board Member) said,
“Having the right digital skills and capabilities at the AHP’s representation in Nigeria is the foundation for supporting the development of smart Internet of Things (IoT). IoT is revolutionizing the renewable energy sector by enabling more efficient and effective use of renewable energy and hydrogen sources. Digital innovation offers an immense potential to revolutionize various industries and aspects of the daily lives of Africans. I would like to congratulate Akin Ande and his team on achieving the first major milestone on this promising journey.”
